- Great location in Paradiso Lugano, just a 20-minute walk from the city centre or 9 minutes by bus. Ticino public transport ticket was included, all buses were free! - The hotel is only 3 minutes from the lake, great walking spot! - Friendly staff - Clean room

Everything...the Hotel is perfectly situated to enjoy both the upper and lower half of the city, the mountains and the lake, it is absolutely beautiful, close to supermarkets like literally 100meters away, restaurants just around the corner, also the bus stop is like 150meters away, the biggest attraction which is a cable car that's the highest point in Lugano is 2km up the mountain where they have restaurants as well, we were lucky enough to go as it opens pending the weather, loved my stay, really did, the staff from reception to the cleaning staff, absolutely friendly and helpful, excellent.

The service was very good and the staff very helpful. The hotel offered us a free public transport ticket during our stay. The process of checking in and reserving a parking space was excellent. The room was clean, a security box and a coffee machine were provided in room. The location is very good especially if one has a car because it is easy to go directly to the highway.

Room comfortable size, Good location to walk down to lake and nearby the funicular. Good breakfast selection, but 20.00 extra(apparently I didn't book) Had some trouble getting the room warm. I did get an extra blanket and all was fine. They held my luggage while I went for a walk before leaving.

Excellent attention from staff, and a very pleasant stay, but too short. We got some excellent attention related to things to do in our short time in Lugano.

This hotel really cares about there guests. They went above and belong to make it a special moment for my parents that stayed here! the service is 5 star . I couldn’t thank them enough and would recommend everyone to stay here ! The rooms are clean , the restaurants provide great service and food !

Excellent location, a short walk to the lake with plenty of restaurants and cafes right around the corner. Traveling by car is easy as the hotel is located right by the exit from the freeway. Underground parking is a great option to safely park your car while you explore the city. Our parking spot was big enough to park a wide sports car with no major issues.

The location was great for one nights pits-stop stay! The hotel is right in the centre of the city and 5minutes from the lake and Paradiso. The reception team were genuinely friendly and super helpful. Our room was cosy and the hotel in general has a nice and homely ambiance to it. We also thoroughly enjoyed our morning dip in the swimming pool! Comfy beds!

Nice hotel, modern room, with easy access to the city centre. Close to the lake. Next to the funicular and easy access to the train and bus stations. Lorenzo, at the reception was particularly helpful. He informed us that as guests paying city tax we were eligible for free public transport plus various discounts (Ticino).
